Integrated Ticketing, Gift Aid & Back Office Solution Arundel Castle approached Accounting Answers in November 2003, as a leading Sage Partner with proven status as a PayPoint EPoS supplier, for an integrated solution to manage their ticketing, Gift Aid and back office function. The solution was implemented just days before the 2004 season and consisted of front gate ticketing booths incorporating touch screen tills linking back to the main office Sage Line 50 accounts and EnterpriseSCS charity software. All information is centrally stored and reports are now very simple to produce. Arundel Castle uses EnterpriseSCS to capture visitor information which can be used for future mailings and publicity and most importantly for automatically generating Gift Aid declarations. One challenge we highlighted regarded the cabling restrictions faced by listed buildings, however because of the flexibility of our solution we were able to offer wireless and telephone links as an alternative.
