New Statistics Reporting Module TSG have recently extended the SQL Advanced version of the EnterpriseMRM product to include a new statistical reporting module. Once installed and configured, this routine will periodically report on specified areas of your database providing a snapshot of the recorded data at that moment in time. The module reports on the following areas: The number of records within each category The number of records for each subscription The number of new subscribers since the last snapshot The number of lapsed subscribers since the last snapshot A summary of analysis fields (e.g. how many records have a male analysis field and how many have female) A summary of attribute fields by type Once the data is recorded, a series of reports can output that data to provide trend analysis and statistical reporting. If required, these reports may have the data reported graphically rather than in tabular style through amending them in the Enterprise Report Writer. The data may be collated in a number of periods such as daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly although the most common scenario will be monthly generation. This routine is available free of charge to those clients running our SQL Advanced product and if you contact the support team then this can be made available for you.
