We have had dealings with Accounting Answers for some seven years. In 1996 they set up and installed a new computer system for us, along with Sage software and a membership system.
Last year (2002) we upgraded our computer hardware. Accounting Answers upgraded our Sage software and installed their EnterpriseMRM membership system, transferring data from our old system to the new Enterprise system and they have provided extensive training and support for us.
This membership system has worked very well for us, making our membership (we have around 1000 members) very easy to maintain and monitor and, being linked to our Sage accounting package, it functions very well. It is a very simple process to send reminder letters for membership renewals, produce reports of varying types and even to send block e-mails to those members who have supplied their e-mail addresses. |
