We have a database of over 6000 members and subscribers to our journals, with many different categories of members with differing requirements. We selected Enterprise MRM because of its seeming flexibility to cope with a complex structure, together with features which appeared to be an excellent fit to our requirements. We have not been disappointed in practical reality. It has brought real benefits in time saving by its automatic postings to Sage, fast credit card authorisations via Commidea and powerful reporting ability. Training and support have been first class from Accounting Answers. Whenever we do need help, the support personnel have always been able to resolve things quickly. Since implementing Enterprise we have added the Web Portal to interface with our website and, more recently, the Event Manager module to help with the management of our conferences and meetings. The Event module links through Enterprise and into Sage which again should bring savings by avoiding multiple processing of bookings and payments. The combination of products now gives us the ability to introduce on-line payment, bookings and information flow through our website. Roy Steven, Accounting Officer |
