From our experience of using EnterpriseSCS at The Earl Mountbatten Hospice we have found that it has been highly effective in avoiding duplication when operating from two sites, it is very easy to understand & operate and the support service is efficient & effective. We are pleased with the ease in which a gift aid submission can be generated. My advice to anyone considering using EnterpriseSCS is to take care when transferring data from an existing database - many of our problems have arisen from poor information on a previous database - and if possible I would suggest starting from stratch.
