Capturing information relating to your members is a key part of any membership database and Enterprise has numerous features to assist you.
With coded analysis fields, date entry fields, numeric entry fields and standard text entry almost any item of information may be recorded and utilised in your database searches or reports.
With the use of Attributes, multiple pre-defined responses may be selected for example, Committee membership, special interest groups or activities. There is no limit to the number of attributes that may be configured within the system or those that may be assigned to the records within your database.
Recording Activities
A dedicated activity screen is provided to record conversations, emails sent and received and letters sent. The contents of this window are entirely down to the individual organisation and their recording needs.
Enterprise will record certain database functions automatically such as the lapsing of a subscription or the change of a membership category. The Event Management system also uses this to record historical Event attendance.
Any document may be attached to an activity line and recalled at the click of a mouse and integration with the inbuilt Write and Email function can automatically store documents if required.
Finally, an alert function can highlight any stored activity and display it in a user's personal To-Do list.
