The underlying philosophy of Enterprise was to provide an effective donor and member database with tightly integrated accounting links and an efficient solution for dealing with Gift Aid Management.
Standard features of the Gift Aid element of Enterprise are:
- Management of declarations - either single or multiple declarations, written or orally given
- Covenant handling
- Unlimited declarations may be configured and unlimited declarations may be assigned to donors
- Simple reclaim process that also allows you to determine the level of potential tax available to reclaim at any point
- Production of a substitute R68(New) Tax Reclaim document that can be submitted directly to the Inland Revenue
- Tax reclaim history is maintained automatically
- Report on those donations that would be available for reclaim if valid declarations were added for followup etc
