 Membership subscription dues are never better administered than when collected via Direct Debit.Collect your subscription dues by the most efficient available method by using the BACS module. Take control of your own direct debits and replace the cost and incovenience of using a direct debit processing bureau. Generally, once set up, members receive only one communication at the time of renewal advising them of the amount to be collected and when that is to take place. Utilising this method removes the need to send further chasing letters and reminders and also provides a quantifiable amount of income that will be collected on the due day which aids cashflow planning. EnterpriseMRM recognises this and supports Direct Debiting via the BACS system for automated collection. Handling annual, quarterly or monthly collections or, if required, more infrequently, subscriptions that are configured to be collected via this method are identified, included within the direct debit run and then marked as paid within the membership database. In this manner, you are left only to deal with the rejections as they are notified to you by BACS themselves. Account changes made by the banks themselves are notified to you as part of this service therefore helping maintain the quality of your data and if a payment is rejected, you may choose to resubmit as often as required. The Direct Debit processing element is provided as an additional module within EnterpriseMRM and so you only pay for it if is required and it may easily be added to an existing system at a later date. The BACS network is currently undergoing a migration from the existing BACSTEL system to the internet based BACSTEL-IP and Enterprise fully supports this new mechanism for submission of direct debit files for collection.
