Alerts Using the scheduling power of Orbis Intelliware's TaskCentre you can be alerted to specific events that occur within your membership database. Automation and announcement With Alerting you can set any number of rules and then decide on the outcome and that outcome coule be a report, an email, a file transfer, the execution of a program or even the sending of SMS text messages! Harnessing the power of Orbis Intelliware's TaskCentre, powerful and flexible rules can be configured with ease and the automation does not have to end with Enterprise as this product may also be used to generate alerts from either Sage Line 50, Line 100, MMS or Pegasus Opera. Examples of alerts already being used: Automatic welcome emails to new members Product despatch notifications sent by email Booking confirmations from Event Manager sent automatically to the delegates Automatic generation and sending via email of Enterprise reports - e.g. regional list summaries to regional managers or debtor reports to treasurers or accountants Transfer of files to FTP servers for use by websites etc Provide email reports of low stock levels Additionally generated documents may be saved as files or programs may be scheduled to run as required.
