The address returned will be complete to the street level and will be automatically generated in the correct Post Office defined format without need for manual amendment. Addresses can be added in seconds and incorrect addresses amended just as quickly and with quarterly updates to the address database provided you can be sure that your membership details will remain accurate and up to date resulting in less returned mail requiring to be dealt with. The Royal Mail database contains details on over 27 million addresses linked to over 1.7 million postcodes and the address details are pasted directly into your address record without any need to copy and paste the data from a third party address lookup facility. There are different levels of product available to suit your specific requirements: Address capture to street level only (returns only the street relative to the postcode) Name data (provides access to the enhanced UK Electoral Roll) Business data (provides access to data business residence data from Dun & Bradstreet) Further opportunities are available using additional datasets to provide postcode related datasets that can automatically update profile information in your database.
