System Requirements Hardware To get the best results from the EnterpriseMRM suite of software, the minimum recommended specification is: Pentium IV processor or equivalent (1.5Ghz +) 1GB RAM 500MB of free disk space (largely dependant upon database size) CD-ROM Drive SVGA Display 1024x768 Only inkjet and laser printers are supported for printing reports from EnterpriseMRM Software The Enterprise suite of software has been designed to run on the Windows platform and has been tested for use on the following workstation operating systems: Windows 2000 Professional Windows XP Professional Windows VIsta Business, Windows Vista Enterprise, Windows Vista Utilmate  Windows 95 and Windows 98 are not supported and the software cannot be installed on these operating systems. From the server perspective, Enterprise has been tested and is supported on the following platforms: Windows 2000 Server Windows 2000 Small Business Server Windows 2003 Server Standard Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Windows 2003 Small Business Server Regardless of operating system, all latest service packs should be applied whether on the server or the workstations. Microsoft Word 2002 (XP) and Word 2003 are supported for mail merging facilities from Enterprise. Microsoft Outlook 2002 (XP) and Outlook 2003 are supported for advanced email generation from Enterprise.
