With a library of standard letters created within Microsoft Word, any open record within the database can be merged into those documents through the use of the 'Write' function. A single click can also record this document in your records history file.

To send a document to a number of records is equally straightforward. With a letter prepared in your required format, a criteria group is created to identify which recipients are to receive the letter and the document will then be merged. Such criteria can be stored and re-used at any stage without the need to continuously recreate them.

Enterprise is compatible with any version of Microsoft Word from 97 onwards.
