Getting data out is just as important as putting it in!
Incorporating what is widely regarded as the industry leading report design package, Enterprise can design, display, print and export any manner of reports designed and tailored to your specific and exacting requirements.
Below is a snapshot of just some of the functions available with Enterprise and Crystal Reports
- Listing reports, invoices, receipts, label reports, letter reports, cross-tab or pivot table reports and graphing reports
- Summary reports and detailed reports
- Colour or black and white output
- Export directly to Acrobat PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, HTML or text files
- Export to CSV files for mailing houses etc
- Embed images and logos to print the entire document instead of overlaying onto letterheads or pre-printed invoice stationery
- Any user may generate reports directly within the Enterprise system
- Any provided system report may be tailored and amended or completely re-written
The format of the report as defined within Crystal Reports is only one element, the other is the selection of the data to be included within that report and this is handled within Enterprise by building criteria groups.
Criteria groups are selections made on fields within the database that contain certain required pieces of data such as a particular category or a particular committeee. Once defined, a criteria group is stored to be used again and again without the need to keep rebuilding the same elements.
- Unlimited criteria groups
- Specific criteria groups for specific reports
- Criteria groups can be maintained within folders for grouping of similar types and easy retrieval
- Extensive selection of fields within the database for reporting purposes
- User defined descriptions attached to the criteria groups
- Advanced criteria building possible if required
- Criteria groups can be used on Crystal Reports, Microsoft Word mailmerges and Microsoft Outlook email generation in exactly the same manner
