Integrating so many functions into one coherent whole may raise questions as to which members of staff are to be able to utilise which functions of the system. Enterprise handles by giving each user an account and associated password. By defining such accounts, access rights to the different parts of the system can be managed and controlled. Certain functions of the system by default are only available to users that are indicated as 'Supervisors'. For users that do not have access to certain parts of the members record, these are completely hidden from view ensuring that sensitive data is not visible to users that do not have a need to use it. There is no limit to the number of users that may be configured within your system irrespective of your user licence. This is due to the fact that Enterprise works using the principle of concurrent licencing - any number of those configured users may log on up to and including the number of licenced users. | ||
