Dedicated support staff are only a phone call away to provide immediate help and assistance. All support calls are logged and our system provides for a disciplined approach to solving problems with continual management review to monitor outstanding calls and response times.
Software Support
We provide software support services for our full range of products and have proven ability to support varying types and sizes of customer. A software support contract gives you access to our telephone support hotline, where you can receive help, advice and answers to queries. Remote diagnostic support is available via modem. As well as many years practical experience in the computer industry, the support team hold a variety of qualifications and accreditations in both computing and accounting disciplines.
Hardware Support
As the core of your daily business, your computer systems should be covered by a hardware maintenance contract. Once a support call has been diagnosed as a hardware fault, then an engineer will be sent on-site. Our standard service guarantees response within 8 hours, but in practice, times average 2 - 4 hours. Special arrangements can be made for exceptional requirements. Faulty items are replaced with service spares, repaired in our workshops and returned at a later date. This method keeps any 'down-time' to an absolute minimum.
